I can't be put on probation yet though i've been workin fer abt 2 mths.. The principal will get back to me again at the end of the mth.. And sadly, my temp pay is only $6/hr when full-timers get a fixed pay wich comes to roughly $8/hr.. Heard my frens commentin dat Diploma holders should be gettin the full pay already.. Tink they're tryin to stinge on my pay fer some time.. zZz~ Started my real full shift since last wk.. It's very very tiring to work at a childcare fer 9 full hrs (inclusive of a 1 hr nap break dat i happily embrace).. Too much trouble due to too many children, and young ones at dat.. The day's schedule is packed wif routines and activities.. We even haf a daily curriculum wif 2 hrs worth of lessons to follow and evaluate.. Besides that, we've gotta decorate the classroom, go fer trainin, organise outins, etc... Hiaz~ Parents spend way little time wif their child, ~~dumpin~~ *ahem* droppin their child at the centre at 7 am and pickin them up at 7 pm.. Poor kids.. I'm glad i had fun at home durin childhood, save fer the naggings and whackings i'll rather forego.. Heh~
